This time, I used the Oreo as the base, very nice...

Banana has very nice smell and its taste is very fresh,

a good match with light cheese.... :>

My family likes it and my brother even ate nearly a half of it!!

These are the x'mas 'gifts' in 2004.... I made them till very late at night and sent out to all my friend on X'mas Eve...

Mango Cheese

This is the newest product, a 100% Mango Cheese cake since the 'base' is also a sponge cheese cake... Especailly for the new couple, Queenie and Rico when I went visiting them new sweet home, also, for Quennie's birthday. The two rose is my new trial.

Japanese Cheese Cake

That is the Japanese Cheese cake I tried, very sponge, easily made and yummi... After the trial, I made a star shape for Mr.Little Prince's birthday,2005, a very small one... Lovely, isn't it? :)

Mcdull? Mrs Muc?

This is a greentea cheese cake, especially for Roseanne's birthday, 2005, (Dog is her nickname :> ) As only 3 people we got to share this cake, I cut it out and made this Mcdull look... not that pretty but also quite funny and taste good! Now, I bought a smaller mould, i can make a smaller size serving now. :)

I once tried the bread pudding bought from a bakery.... I was sooooo delicious!!! But mine actually failed... too much milk added, only the surface is OK.... >: (
